- I stopped drinking on 7 May 2005 at the age of 28 by going to AA meetings, getting a sponsor and doing the steps and trying to do some daily suggestions. My first meeting was in London, Clapham on a Sunday. I have not had a drink or drug, prescribed or illicit, since.

There is NO ! escape from spiritual principles is there? Bummer eh? Ah well. It gets better. Thank GOD.
